I am so sorry and I feel so bad that people are going through this. It is a bad time right now. I am only able to hold on to my house as my 25 year old daughter lives with me and she helps me. I have wanted to list it and sell it, but here in Florida homes have not been selling. Florida is the third worst state for foreclosures, etc. I hear from Real Estate friends that it is starting to pick up slightly. I hope you find a buyer for your home.
